Delivery Policy
- The company initiates a well-planned shipping process in its business. We are accepting orders only from UAE at this point of time.
- All orders may require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping. Deliveries will be made only in the business days.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- Shipment and tracking statement will be provided.
- Delivery time: Inside Dubai: 2-3 working days. Outside Dubai: 3-5 working days.
- Customers will be notified at the earliest possible time if there any unavoidable delays with their order.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at (email). We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.
- Delivery address and details should be valid. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
- Cash on delivery and online payment may vary in its delivery charges.
if our supply of the product is delayed by an event outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay;
a. if no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will notify you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the product;
b. if you do not collect the product from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, then, we will contact you for further instructions. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection, we will cancel your order.
